Field-based leadership role overseeing moves and auctions in San Diego County. Lead and oversee daily field operations, manage and direct on-site team members, ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with scope, maintain labor efficiency and margin awareness, serve as primary on-site client contact, enforce SOPs and safety standards, hold staff accountable to performance standards, identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions, oversee materials and supply purchasing, support auction-specific project execution and timelines, and report weekly operational metrics and field updates to ownership. Regular presence in the field with a strong leadership presence and ability to navigate active, physical work environments, with proven experience in operations, logistics, or field service leadership.
