Job Summary
Lead on-site teams during relocations, downsizing projects, estate services, and home cleanouts. Serve as the main on-site point of contact and ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with a calm, respectful approach. Support clients as they settle into new homes by assisting with packing-related tasks such as hanging artwork, mounting TVs, and organizing closets and kitchens. Guide and encourage team members, train new staff, and model best practices. Assist with coordinating donations, recycling, and item removal, and communicate progress and needs with leadership.
