Job Summary
The Team Member position at Caring Transitions of El Paso TX assists with sorting, packing, organizing, and moving household items; prepares homes for estate sales and online auctions; loads/unloads items for transport; works in teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule; interacts respectfully with clients and their families during transitional times; helps create a welcoming, professional environment during estate sales; requires prompt attendance; provides compassionate customer service while safely moving, packing/unpacking, and resettling clients' belongings; duties may be assigned as needed; offers flexible part-time hours and opportunities for growth within a national brand.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Experience in general labor or warehouse helpful
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Frequent walking and/or standing
- Stamina to lift heavy items (if necessary) repeatedly
