Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) for Caring Transitions based in Cumming or Suwanee, GA. The role focuses on building relationships with senior living facilities, generating sales leads, networking, and developing proposals for services. Responsibilities include lead generation, proposal development, presentations to potential clients, follow-up with clients, maintaining Google reviews, reporting to management, and developing marketing plans. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales and networking experience, and the ability to travel to network events and meet with potential clients; knowledge of the senior transition and estate sale industry is a plus. The position involves coordinating with management and team leaders, managing multiple tasks, and working outside regular office hours as needed.
