Job Summary
Senior Move Manager to lead client-focused move planning and coordination for seniors (60+), including creating customized floor plans, coordinating packing/shipping/storage, assisting with sorting/organizing decades of belongings, providing emotional support, and overseeing unpacking and setting up the new home. Requires 2+ years in client services, ability to lift light items, strong interpersonal/communication skills, organization, patience with seniors, computer skills, and reliable transportation. Part-time with potential to move to full-time; salary $19-$23/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience client services
- Physically can lift 25lb or less items, work on feet for 4-6 hours a day
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Patience in communicating with seniors
- Computer skills- email, design software (can learn on job)
- Must have reliable transportation as locations vary weekly.
