Job Summary
Build and maintain partnerships with senior living communities, real estate professionals, and estate service providers. Engage in community outreach, networking events, and educational sessions to generate referrals. Prospect, qualify leads, and coordinate next steps while supporting clients with space planning and downsizing needs. Track outreach and referral activity in a CRM and share insights on trends and opportunities. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, independence across a broad territory, empathy when working with seniors and families, and reliable transportation for local travel. Core hours are 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on weekdays; potential for additional hours or full-time opportunities as the role grows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in relationship-based sales, business development, community outreach, real estate, or similar fields
- Space planning, staging, interior layout, or downsizing experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently across a broad territory
- Empathetic and professional when working with seniors and families
- Basic CRM and spreadsheet proficiency
- Reliable transportation for local travel
