Job Summary

Account-Based Marketing and Content Marketing Lead responsible for shaping the buying committee strategy at target accounts, owning account intelligence, digital engagement, customer proof, sales collateral, PR, founder content, and marketing operations. Duties include building target-account segmentation and buyer personas, running ABM programs and demand generation across channels, producing blogs, white papers, ebooks, case studies, videos, webinars, and other proof assets, creating sales enablement materials (presentations, ROI calculators, battlecards, discovery guides), managing PR and analyst relations, maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing automation, enabling partner and customer marketing, and supporting event messaging and ROI. Requires experience in ABM, content marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations; familiarity with health systems or healthcare buyers; Salesforce and attribution experience; strong writing and content judgment; and the ability to collaborate with founders, sales, and external vendors. Nice-to-have items include 5+ years in US health-system contexts, healthcare regulatory awareness, and champion enablement libraries. Location is San Francisco, CA with hybrid work flexibility. This role emphasizes building impactful, proof-backed marketing assets to accelerate active opportunities and enable sales teams.
