Job Summary
Loan Origination Associate I at JPMorganChase, responsible for facilitating loan documentation and closing, coordinating with Sales, Client and Relationship Managers and Underwriters, engaging with clients to gather necessary items for closing, preparing and dispatching documentation packages, ensuring compliance with credit and asset conditions, researching Sales and PPT tax items, and contributing to process-improvement projects. Applies conflict management and strategic planning to optimize lending workflows and support efficient and effective lending services.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in loan origination or a closely related field, with over two years of experience and proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts through collaborative solutions.
- Advanced strategic planning capabilities, demonstrated by effective resource allocation decisions.
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating various aspects of loan transactions, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects.
