Job Summary
Manage customer consultation and communication with manufacturers and suppliers while overseeing procurement, warehousing, and inventory control. Participate in theory phases at the Academy covering business management, logistics, marketing, and sales, alongside practical rotations across various BayWa locations. Complete three state-recognized IHK qualifications in 35 months, including the Kaufmann and Handelsfachwirt certifications, with theory sessions occurring one to three times quarterly. - drei staatlich anerkannte IHK-Abschlüsse in 35 Monaten: verkürzte Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (18 Monate), Weiterbildung Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d) (17 Monate) und Ausbilderschein (Ada-Schein)
- Verständnis für allgemeine wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Grundlagen
- Kenntnisse aus der Handelsbranche
