Job Summary

AbilityOne Compliance Specialist responsible for ensuring QDL eligibility determinations and disability documentation compliance; conducts monthly audits of employee records, validates documentation elements (diagnosis, licensure, documentation details, signatures), tracks seven-year date requirements, maintains records for CNA/Commission reviews, and prepares compliance reports; advises on documentation standards and regulatory changes, and supports cross-functional teams to sustain accurate DLH ratio determinations and program eligibility; requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience with strong analytical, documentation, and case-management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, social work, human services, healthcare administration, compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of AbilityOne and/or federal disability program requirements
  • Experience reviewing medical or disability-related documentation
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
