Job Summary
Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless daily execution. Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge, recruit and train management and non-management associates, and conduct staffing and scheduling while managing payroll. Ensure visual displays adhere to brand direction, analyze reporting to inform decision-making, and protect store assets through maintenance and opening/closing routines. Operate register and point-of-sale systems while maintaining high standards for customer engagement and brand presentation. Maintain fluency in English and Spanish to effectively lead the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of store management experience
- relevant supervisory experience in a customer facing role
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish
- Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Proven results in assessing and developing talent
- Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy while multi-tasking
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
- Maintain a strong customer focus & knowledge of current fashion trends
