Abdominal Transplant APP (NP/PA)

Coordinate and manage care for pre- and post-transplant patients throughout hospitalization, partnering with the team to ensure comprehensive evaluation and preparation for transplantation. Provide patient and family education regarding transplant procedures, medications, and recovery while collaborating with surgeons, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers to optimize outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and research efforts supporting transplant services. Work in a multidisciplinary environment focused on clinical excellence and improving outcomes for patients undergoing liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
