Job Summary
Regional Business Development Manager role responsible for overseeing strategic regional customer relationships, serving as the point of contact for national accounts in the assigned geography, coordinating with the national builder team and District Managers, developing market targets, expanding the customer base, leading district residential strategy by market, identifying targets by market, and pursuing acquisition targets and green field opportunities. Requires travel 75%-100%, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, and a college degree in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- College degree in business, sales or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience within the construction industry is preferred
