ABCF Production Controller

Production Controller role within Rolls-Royce's OBU, responsible for managing a defined product portfolio across the full lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the plan, maintaining MRP and related systems, and acting as the primary delivery contact for internal/external supply chains. Key duties include machine-level production control and scheduling to meet customer expectations, prioritizing resource calls, maintaining planning systems and inbound SUBCON/Supplier delivery commitments aligned with RRPS, escalating and mitigating delivery issues, producing production reports (SMWIP, Production Order Adherence, Throughput), managing SUBCON and stock movements, coordinating 4-weekly delivery planning, ensuring ERP/compliance practices, supporting deliveries and actions through executive tools, and liaising with logistics to resolve inbound issues while supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.
