Open and close stores, maintain scheduling commitments, and welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance. Assist shoppers by asking questions, showing products, and educating them with accurate product information. Process payments by totaling purchases and correctly handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards. Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product concerns, and returns while managing merchandizing, stocking, and cleaning duties. Requires 21+ years of age, valid driver's license, and retail experience; open Monday through Sunday. Full-time role with 40-42 hours weekly, overtime available, and biweekly pay with tip share.
