Conduct slaughter and subsequent processing of sheep and cattle in accordance with animal welfare regulations. Ensure production runs efficiently by collaborating within a team to meet customer and company specifications. Promote and maintain Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards strictly per company rules. Work in a fast-paced environment during the site upgrade, requiring physical fitness and flexibility to follow instructions while maintaining a commitment to quality and reliability.
