Job Summary

Direct all facets of abatement projects by supervising General Foremen and ensuring safe execution of scope items outlined in contract documents. Monitor progress to meet schedules and budgets while initiating daily tailgate safety meetings and job hazard analyses. Manage hazardous waste removals for asbestos, mold, lead, and other materials, ensuring strict adherence to Apache and client safety policies. Prepare job sites by assembling containments and sealing work areas, maintaining clean environments and enforcing PPE requirements. Complete site paperwork including timesheets and purchase orders, conduct job walks and bid meetings, and train prospective crew members. Requires 6+ years of asbestos experience and current Asbestos Supervisor certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of asbestos abatement experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Apache
  • Current Asbestos Supervisor certification
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle in a safe manner while carefully observing all traffic regulations
  • Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb
  • Must be able to perform required duties for extended periods of time inside confined spaces, often with breathing equipment required
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
