Job Summary
ABA Tutor implements individual curriculum and behavioral treatment to preschool children with autism under BCBA supervision; responsible for data recording on child skill acquisition and target behaviors, maintaining curriculum materials, and interacting professionally with parents, staff, and school personnel while mentoring others to implement ABA interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
- basic knowledge of ABA
- experience implementing ABA techniques
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational and social skills
- ability to mentor and train others to implement curriculum and behavioral interventions as directed by Clinical Manager
