Job Summary
Source and recruit qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA professionals by building a strong talent pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruiting databases. Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and qualification assessments to understand goals and compensation expectations before presenting matches to therapy organizations. Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate information in CRM systems, and develop relationships with ABA professionals nationwide. This role requires previous recruiting experience in the ABA industry, proven success with BCBAs and RBTs, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Performance-based earning potential and ownership over recruiting strategy are available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience in the ABA industry
- Proven experience recruiting BCBAs and/or RBTs
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology, roles, and clinical hiring needs
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apollo, Loxo, Apploi, or similar recruiting platforms
- Experience working with ABA therapy companies, clinics, or healthcare staffing
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
