Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, serving as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a minimum six-month commitment. Candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, though no prior experience is needed as paid training is provided. This role offers same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and is ideal for college students or those entering the psychology field.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
