Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans as a member of the clinical team while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment by connecting with families and collaborating on treatment effectiveness. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time. Candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit for a minimum of six months. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided for those passionate about helping children with Autism thrive.

- Reliable method of transportation
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
