Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Great entry point into ABA with paid training; no prior experience required. All positions start part-time. Training includes the 40-hour RBT course with minimum 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Reliable method of transportation
