Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning, safety, or social opportunities. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). This role offers a sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and ongoing training for those seeking to lead as an RBT or transition to full-time.
