ABA Therapy

Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). This part-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and opportunities to lead as an RBT or transition to full-time. Golden Care Therapy delivers home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast.
