ABA Therapy

Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning or safety. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). This role offers a $20.00-$30.00 hourly rate with a 1K sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and ongoing training for Golden Care Therapy, a provider delivering home-based services across the East Coast.
