Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Deliver services in clients' homes or community-based locations. Complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to a six-month term. This part-time role offers flexible schedules accommodating educational commitments, with Monday through Friday shifts from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday afternoons available. Free training is provided for candidates with no prior experience.

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
