Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Deliver services in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring reliable transportation and a calm demeanor. This entry-level role offers flexible part-time or afternoon/evening hours with same-day pay, ideal for college students or those new to psychology. No prior experience is required, though taking the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Education or early childhood development
