Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers flexible afternoon or evening hours, ideal for college students. A minimum six-month commitment is required, and candidates are encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Education or early childhood development
- Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
