Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy as an RBT. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, maintain professionalism, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, and collaborate with a team of professionals (BCBAs). Requires own reliable vehicle. Flexible, part-time schedule with a driver-ready role, opportunities for growth in ABA and RBT training. Pay range $20.00–$30.00 per hour; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and college partnerships. Location: Blackstone, VA (on the road).
Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Schedule: Choose your own hours; Afternoon Hours; Monday to Friday
- Schedule flexibility for in-home and community-based ABA therapy
