Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy as an ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Responsibilities include collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, maintaining professionalism, communicating effectively, and collaborating with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Requires experience in ABA and working with children with autism; transportation is required. Flexible, part-time schedule with on-the-road/field-based duties and opportunities for growth within the ABA field; compensation $20-$30 per hour plus bonuses; location Callao, VA (onsite travel).
Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy experience: 2 years (Required)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
