Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, remain goal-oriented and professional, and collaborate with BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. Requires personal transportation, ability to travel to clients’ homes and community settings, flexible part-time schedule with choose-your-own-hours and afternoon availability, and 2 years of ABA experience. On-the-road work with a focus on delivering therapy to children with autism, maintaining excellent communication, and contributing to a supportive ABA team.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years ABA Therapy experience
- RBT training/experience (provided)
