Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as an ABA Therapist (RBT). Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, maintain professional communication, and work collaboratively with BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. Requires personal transportation and a flexible, part-time schedule with choose-your-own-hours, afternoon availability, and weekdays. Training for RBT provided; opportunity to grow in the ABA field working with children with autism. Compensation is hourly with bonuses, and benefits like health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO are included for full-time positions, with this role focusing on part-time hours and on-the-road field work.
Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
