Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as an RBT, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions while collaborating with a team of BCBAs. Offer a flexible part-time schedule with support, training, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. Requires 2 years of ABA experience, personal transportation, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent time management. Work location is on the road serving Richmond, VA and surrounding areas with a schedule that includes afternoon hours and weekdays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Flexible, part-time schedule
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- 2 years ABA Therapy experience (Required)
