ABA Therapist (Spanish Required) - Toms River, NJ

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of a clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, recording session data using electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Must be able to communicate in Spanish; great entry point into ABA with no experience required; positions start part-time and may offer afternoon/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required
- No prior experience required
