ABA Therapist (Spanish/English)

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of children with Autism to identify therapy goals. Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs while providing one-on-one sessions using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide training and support, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach. Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress. Participate in staff development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy.
