Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team, record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Entry into the ABA field with no prior experience required; positions start part-time. Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Requires a reliable transportation method and a minimum 6-month commitment.
