Job Summary
Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral goals and conduct individual therapy sessions for children with autism and developmental disorders. Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and outcomes while updating parents and collaborating closely with BCBA supervisors. Travel between homes and schools in Quincy and Dorchester as needed to support student progress. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and caseloads based on availability, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $27.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to travel between homes and schools as needed
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in ABA or similar settings
- RBT certification
