Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, focusing on building daily living skills, communication, and independence through play-based techniques. Follow step-by-step treatment plans designed by a licensed BCBA and track progress using a mobile data system during each session. Collaborate with supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure consistent implementation while providing feedback to families on session outcomes and celebrating small wins. Work flexible afternoon and evening hours (Mon-Thu: 4:00–6:30 PM) in the North Phoenix area, with weekend availability as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
