Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, focusing on building communication, social, and life skills. Collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families to ensure skills transfer to everyday life. Work alongside experienced BCBAs who provide training and mentorship on ABA terms, data collection software, and treatment plans. Maintain reliability, patience, and adaptability while following supervisor directions and asking questions as needed. Requires a high school diploma, ability to read/write English, and valid driver's license for client travel. Flexible schedules available with a $500 bonus, commuter assistance, and opportunities for advancement.
