Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and connecting with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a minimum six-month commitment. No prior experience is required; a high school diploma and willingness to learn are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
