Job Summary
ABA Therapist (RBT) — provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy with flexible, part-time hours. Work with BCBAs to deliver evidence-based interventions, collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, and maintain professionalism. Requires Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and 2+ years in ABA or work with children with autism; reliable transportation and strong time-management skills. Schedule offers choose-your-hours afternoons and Monday–Friday availability with on-the-road/field-based work; opportunity to grow in the ABA field and earn competitive hourly rates plus bonuses. Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
- Flexible, part-time schedule
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Ability to collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
