Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as an ABA Therapist (RBT). Responsibilities include collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating with a team of BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. Must have personal transportation and the ability to manage time effectively; opportunities to grow in the ABA field and benefit from RBT training and a flexible, part-time schedule with supportive team and competitive hourly rates.
Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training or certification
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Ability to drive and have reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible part-time schedule
- On-the-road/in-home/community-based therapy experience
