Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a minimum six-month commitment. No prior experience is required; candidates should possess patience, compassion, and reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable method of transportation
  • Minimum 6 month commitment required

Desired Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
  • Experience in Education or early childhood development
  • Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
  • Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
  • Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
  • Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
  • Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience in Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
  • Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
  • Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
