Job Summary
ABA Therapist in Linden, NJ or Roselle, NJ providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, and record session data using electronic devices. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Part-time roles with opportunities to start with no experience required; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
