Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Positions are offered part-time with opportunities for advancement; no experience required. Encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment
