ABA Therapist/Behavior Therapist in Staten Island and Brooklyn, NY. Deliver ABA-based therapy by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing ABA strategies to promote skill development, monitoring client progress, collaborating with families and other professionals, providing caregiver training on behavior management, engaging in ongoing professional development, and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment. BCBA or RBT certification preferred or in progress; no degree required and training available; strong communication and teamwork skills; experience with behavioral assessment tools and data collection.
