Job Summary
ABA Therapist position providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community-based locations in New Jersey. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, building and carrying out skill-building and care plans, recording session data using electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness. Roles start part-time with opportunities for advancement; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No experience required
