Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning or safety. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans to support social opportunities and professional growth, with opportunities to lead as an RBT or transition to full-time. Work part-time with a flexible schedule, earning $22.00-$30.00 per hour plus a $250 sign-on bonus.
