Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.

- Reliable method of transportation
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
