Job Summary
Deliver ABA services in 1:1 and group settings under supervision, implementing prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Collect data on skills and behaviors each session, maintain client data sheets and confidentiality per HIPAA, communicate progress with parents/caregivers, and utilize appropriate behavior modification strategies. Maintain and update documentation on our online data collection platform, report concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours, and be able to travel between client sites within 25 miles of home. Requires reliable transportation and a California driver’s license is preferred; must be physically present at assigned job locations and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to ongoing ABA training; CPR or BLS and RBT credential preferred; NPI number required.
